| Right After Thanksgiving, Olivia, Emma's chicken got a weird condition that affected her neck control and she couldn't eat or drink on her own for weeks...she couldn't walk either so we had to bring her into the house and keep her in a dog kennel and hand feed and water her. As you can see she finally got better, but it has taken lots of work and crushing vitamins and hand feeding them to her...now as soon as it warms up hopefully we can get her back outside with the flock at night too. For now she sleeps inside and when it gets above 25 or so I put her out with the others to reintegrate her with them. |
